This project was done in conjunction with New Start Developers and Flex Homes co.

The Storey behind the project...

MG Designs was approached by New Start Developers and their partner Flex Homes Co. for a incredible opportunity, their goal was to create a sustainable and safe estate for those in a lesser financial position to be able to rent or buy in beautiful Bli Bli Sunshine coast QLD.

Flex Homes Co. and New start Developers both dedicate their businesses to fast and affordable living situations and homes, making them a great pair to work with on this kind of project.

MG Designs decided we would love to contribute to such a fullfilling goal and started designing two different small home choices as well as the estate /site layout and features.

New start and Flex’s collaborative goal was to create homes that are rentable, rent to buy, or buy immidiate, these homes would suit those who are small young families or familes in financial hardship, eldery that still want some independance, individuals with a disability that also want some independance and those who are seeking a safe refuge.

Designing these homes- though simple and subtle- has been an extreamly gratifying opporunity, knowing that we will have contributed to such a wonderful goal and giving those in need of a comfortable and safe place to live.
