The goal for the duplex units was to design two units that were cohesive and had a theme however could not be a complete mirror image of each other. One unit needed to be a luxery at least two bedroom two bathroom 2 to 3 storey unit for anyone to live in. The second unit needed to also be luxery, but it's focus was PWD accessable, it needed to be livable on ground floor with stairs as well as a lift, multple living spaces, large internal turning circles for someone in a wheel chair, plenty of natural lighting, however still homely.

In this project I learnt a lot about the sorts of disablity accessable companies are out there for all things home, such as pull down overhead cabinets, shower seats and rails, toilet suites with back rests and arm rests, dimensions for bathrooms and door widths etc. 

The units were located in the Peregian beach coast, which is why there is a coastal theme to them as well as swimming pools and large windows.
